Put an ID on any color
Knowing roughly what a color looks like isn’t the same as being able to identify it. A color id identifier gives a shade a clear name and a precise set of codes. Color Identifier does this on your iPhone: aim at an object or tap a photo, and it identifies the color for you.
How it works
- Open Color Identifier and choose Live Camera or From Photo.
- Point at the object, or tap the exact pixel in your image.
- The color id identifier returns the color name plus Hex, RGB, CMYK and Pantone.
- Save the result to a palette to revisit later.
