Find the exact color inside a picture
A photo can hold dozens of shades you can’t quite name. As a color picker in image mode, Color Identifier lets you reach into the picture and sample any one of them: open From Photo, load the image, and tap the spot like an eyedropper to read the color at that exact point.
Precise, pixel-level picks
Tap a petal, a thread, a logo, or a single patch of sky, and the color picker in image reads that exact pixel. One tap returns the name plus Hex, RGB, CMYK and Pantone, so the detail you isolated comes with codes for both screen and print.
How it works
- Open Color Identifier and choose From Photo.
- Load the image or screenshot you want.
- Tap any point inside it to sample that color.
- Read and save the Hex, RGB, CMYK and Pantone codes.
What you can sample inside an image
